At first, it was to be a single event for people to have fun, make friends, compete and win prizes while sharing with them the various wonderful products and services of the Axielle Brand. However, gaining from our good habit of constantly seeking ways to push boundaries and make available exciting lifestyle options for people to enjoy in unique ways and also in tandem of keeping faith with our slogan of being the place of ‘the good life and lots more’, we decided to create a unique space where people can constantly engage in competitions and challenges to have fun and win prizes. This was the basis of the Axielle Competitions site and what better way to start up this product than in joining our Nigerian brothers and sisters all over the world to celebrate the Independence of Nigeria with the ‘Celebrate Nigeria @ Independence Challenge’.
For this challenge, participants are expected to register, create a video of themselves singing the Nigerian National Anthem or reciting a poem or piece celebrating Nigeria. The Videos will be judged by our panel and the participant is also expected to encourage their friends to vote for them and like their videos. The person with the highest point wins. This challenge is to run from the 15th of August to the 28th of October 2022. The winner is to be announced on the 31st of October, 2022.
The competition is open to everybody, even Non-Nigerians. Our core intention is to make Nigeria trend in a positive way. We want to hear people from diverse backgrounds, sing the song of patriotism to the Nigerian State all over the world in different styles, languages and formats. Even if you do not want to compete, sing the Nigerian National Anthem, recite a poem/piece celebrating Nigeria and post it; but hey, why sing for nothing when you can win something.
